Who we are

ESPO Learning is a product line of Accelerated Experiences LLC (“we,” “us”). By using our websites or apps, you agree to these terms.

What ESPO is — and isn’t

ESPO Learning apps provide calm practice activities for children. They are practice tools, not medical, diagnostic, or therapeutic products. We make no claim that any app will diagnose, treat, cure, or improve any condition, or raise any score. If your child has a learning difference or a diagnosis, please rely on qualified professionals; ESPO is meant to sit alongside that support, not replace it.

Accounts & payment

Child apps require no account. A parent or guardian may purchase a subscription on the web, processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew until cancelled; you can cancel at any time and keep access through the end of the paid period. Prices are shown at the point of purchase.

Acceptable use

Please use ESPO for its intended purpose. Don’t attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse the apps, and don’t use them in a way that’s unlawful.

Availability

We work to keep ESPO available and working well, but we provide it “as is” without warranties, and we aren’t liable for indirect or incidental damages to the extent the law allows. Nothing here limits rights you have that can’t be waived.

Changes

We may update these terms; we’ll post changes here. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
